What is Community Support Court?

Community support court is a court that runs every second Friday in Peterborough and requires the in-person attendance of the accused to provide updates to the court on the counseling and treatments they engage in between court appearances. This up-front work, if completed successfully ultimately leads to a more favorable outcome to the criminal charge.
