Community Support Court

If you have been struggling with your mental health or addictions and these struggles have led you into conflict with the law then community support court may be an option for you. Community support court is a court that runs every second Friday in Peterborough and requires the in-person attendance of the accused to provide updates to the court on the counseling and treatments they engage in between court appearances. This up-front work, if completed successfully ultimately leads to a more favorable outcome to the criminal charge.
